  • FIELD & MAIN WELCOMES HITTNER TO TEAM; NAMES DRENNAN AND HOPE TO NEW ROLES

    Kyle Hittner joins Field & Main Bank as Director of Customer Experience. In this new role, Hittner supports the Field & Main brand by creating a unique and hospitable banking atmosphere that enhances the client experience. Hittner will be involved in training the retail teams in all Field & Main banking centers throughout Kentucky and Indiana.  

    Prior to joining Field & Main, Hittner served as the Executive Director of the Henderson County Tourist Commission, where she helped launch Henderson’s “Discover your nature” community-wide branding campaign. She also worked as Executive Director of the Henderson Area Arts Alliance.

    Hittner is a graduate of Belmont University with a B.A. in commercial music production and a minor in music business. She has been named in Evansville Business Journal’s 20 Under 40 and was awarded Henderson Rotary’s Service Above Self Award. 

    Hittner is an active volunteer with Henderson Rotary, The W.C. Handy Blues & Barbecue Festival, the Downtown Henderson Partnership and the Community Branding Task Force. She resides in Henderson, Kentucky. 

    Jennifer Drennan has been named Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President. In that role, she is responsible for streamlining all technology operations to ensure internal efficiencies and enrich the client experience. Drennan oversees the Information Technology department, and all banking system technology. She is responsible for developing and maintaining schedules to ensure efficient operations of all mission-critical system applications. She previously served as Field & Main’s Chief Retail Officer, Senior Vice President. Drennan brings 14 years of banking industry experience to the position, including in the areas of retail, lending, operations and regulatory examining. She has been with Field & Main since 2013 (then BankTrust Financial). 

    She earned her undergraduate degree and Master of Business Administration from Murray State University and is a graduate of FDIC University. Drennan serves on the Downtown Henderson Partnership Board and is a Junior Achievement volunteer. She resides in Henderson, Kentucky, with her husband, Jared, and their son. 

    Michelle Hope has been promoted to Vice President, Retail Operations Officer, where she oversees the coordination and management of the organization’s retail banking operations. Hope leads implementation of system changes to support new products, ensures system integrity, and develops business plans that support the division’s long-term strategic objectives. Hope has 15 years of banking experience and has served the Field & Main team since 1996 (then Ohio Valley Financial Group).

    Hope is an active volunteer for the Henderson County Crime Stoppers, the Kentucky State Crime Stoppers, and Henderson County High School Lady Colonels softball and basketball teams. She resides in Henderson, Kentucky, with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters.
