  • FIELD & MAIN PROMOTES TRUST SERVICES OFFICER AND WELCOMES COMPLIANCE OFFICER

    Matt Windhaus has been promoted from Portfolio Manager to Trust Investment Officer. In his new role, he manages a substantial investment portfolio, performs market research and reviews analytics on investments.

    In 2011, Windhaus joined Field & Main (then Ohio Valley Financial Group) as a Relationship Banker. In 2015, he was promoted from Senior Relationship Banker to Portfolio Manager in Trust Services.

    Windhaus earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from the University of Southern Indiana. He is currently working toward his Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager (AFIM) designation. 

    Windhaus serves on the Involvement, Inc. board and lives in Henderson, Kentucky, with his wife, Mackenzie, and their daughter. 

    Celeste Rust joins Field & Main as Compliance Officer. Her role involves interacting with individuals throughout Field & Main to ensure the bank is in compliance with federal regulations. 

    With 20 years of financial and accounting experience, Rust brings a solid understanding of conducting compliance reviews and knowledge of federal regulations. She served as a bank examiner for the Officer of the Comptroller of the Currency, and most recently, as Operations/Media Accountant with Ten Adams Corp. 

    Rust resides in Owensboro, Kentucky, with her husband, Mark, and their two daughters.
