FIELD AND MAIN BANK ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS - AUGUST 19, 2015

Evan Dixon has been promoted from a commercial loan officer at Field & Main to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer & Quality Assurance Leader. In his new role, he works with lenders and loan processors to improve efficiencies and ensure that quality documentation is kept. Dixon joined Field & Main, then The Bank of Henderson (later named BankTrust Financial), in 2012 as a credit analyst before transitioning to a loan officer in 2014. He is a 2012 graduate of Murray State University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance. Dixon is a member of the Henderson City Lion’s Club, for which he also serves on the board, and he is a Fellow of the Henderson Leadership Initiative. He resides in Henderson.
Jessica McDaniel Bryant has been promoted to Human Resources & Training Officer at Field & Main, where she manages company-wide training, employee events, performance management and compensation. Previously, she served the bank as a training officer and human resources assistant. Bryant is a member of the Association for Training & Development as well as the Society for Human Resource Management. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern Indiana in 2005. While at the university, she was a member of the USI Art Club, where her work was featured from 2001-2005. She received the USI Purchase Award in 2005. Bryant is a member of the Henderson Area Arts Alliance executive board, and she serves as an advisor to the Henderson County High School Colonels’ Corner Bank. She is also a Fellow of the Henderson Leadership Initiative. Bryant lives in Henderson with her husband, Kyle.
Matt Windhaus has been promoted from Senior Relationship Banker to Portfolio Manager at Field & Main. In his new role, he assists the investments team with research and analytics. Windhaus has been with the bank (then Ohio Valley Financial Group) since 2011. He is currently pursuing the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation. Windhaus will graduate in December with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Finance from the University of Southern Indiana. He serves the Henderson community as a board member of Involvement, Inc. He and his wife, Mackenzie, live in Henderson with their daughter, Andie.
Shae Nunley has been promoted to Senior Relationship Banker at Field & Main. In her new role, she builds customer relationships, manages customer transactions and serves as assistant branch manager. Formerly, Nunley served the bank as a customer service representative. She is a 2011 graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where she earned an associate’s degree in business studies. While at NKU, she was a member of Theta Phi Alpha and the university’s dance team. She is married to Logan Nunley, and they live in Henderson with their daughter, Madison.
