FIELD & MAIN BANK ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS
Field & Main Bank, which recently formed through the merger of Ohio Valley Financial Group and BankTrust Financial, has announced several promotions.
David E. Sartore
David Sartore has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Sartore had been with Ohio Valley Financial Group for 22 years prior to the merger to Field & Main Bank. He previously served as Controller, Senior Vice President. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Sartore is married to Sharon Sartore and has two children.
Jennifer L. Drennan
Jennifer Drennan has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Officer. Drennan oversees corporate retail, customer service, products and services, and customer experience. Prior to the merger, she was Vice President at BankTrust Financial for nearly two years. Drennan is a graduate of Murray State University, where she earned a bachelor’s in business administration in 2008 and a master’s in business administration in 2011. She is a graduate of the FDIC Corporate University and a member of the Henderson Leadership Initiative. Drennan is active in the community as a Kyndle ambassador, Downtown Henderson Project committee member and volunteer at St. Anthony’s Hospice. She lives in Madisonville, Ky., and is married to Jared Drennan and has a son.
Wanda J. Mayer
Wanda Mayer has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to the merger and her promotion, she was Vice President of Loan Operations for Ohio Valley Financial Group for one year. In her new position, she is responsible for strategic leadership and management of multiple operating units, as well as performing critical activities that support the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Matthew Hunsaker, CPA
Matthew Hunsaker has been promoted to Vice President, Finance and is responsible for financial modeling and reporting, streamlining finance operations, and special bank-wide projects and initiatives. Previously, he was Assistant Controller for Ohio Valley Financial Group for five years. Hunsaker graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Evansville in 2009. There, he was a member of the men’s golf team and a Division I Academic All-American. He is working toward a master’s in business administration from the University of Southern Indiana. Hunsaker, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is involved with Narrow Course Junior Golf Clinics as a volunteer coordinator. Hunsaker, a resident of Henderson, Ky., is married to Nicole Hunsaker.
Sara Cox has been promoted to Vice President, Compliance Manager, and is responsible for managing the compliance department at Field & Main Bank. Cox served with Ohio Valley Financial Group for 11 years and was Compliance Officer prior to the merger. Cox earned an associate of arts degree from Henderson Community College in 2004 and a bachelor’s in psychology from Ashford University in 2010. She is a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer through the Independent Community Bankers of America. A Henderson resident, she is married to Heath Cox and is the daughter of Larry and Brenda McLevain. In 2013, Ohio Valley Financial Group named Cox Employee of the Year.
Melissa McCormick has been promoted to Administrative Officer. Previously, she was with BankTrust Financial for more than two years, serving as Administrative Assistant, Human Resource Manager and Marketing/Advertising Director. A resident of Robards, Ky., she is a graduate of Henderson County High School and attended Henderson Community College. She is married to Adam McCormick and has three children.
