Phone Banking

There are many reasons why 24-hour telephone banking may be your preference. It offers many of the same features as online and mobile banking but can be utilized when you don’t have Internet access. It’s always available. 

Use Field & Main®'s real-time phone banking to do the following:

  • Check account balances and activity.
  • Transfer money between accounts.
  • Make loan payments.
  • Set up automatic funds transfers.
  • Review your last five transactions.
  • Initiate stop payments.
  • Report a lost or stolen card.
  • Contact the fraud department for ATM/debit cards.
  • Verify direct deposits and wire transfers.
  • Verify deposits and other electronic funds or ATM transactions.
  • For tax purposes, verify the previous year's interest paid and interest earned.
